HoneyBook
Tasked to create an all-new elevated brand system that lives across web, product and socials.
Role: UX/Digital Design & Management
Timeline: October 2023 - January 2024
Our team was brought in at a pivotal moment as HoneyBook outgrew their previous design system and sought to modernize their brand.
With a mission to help independent businesses book clients, manage projects, and get paid, HoneyBook needed a fresh approach to appeal to a new generation of users while retaining the loyalty of their existing base.
Working closely with the HoneyBook team, we focused on conducting marketing tests for any newly developed brand collateral. Their primary goal was to elevate the "home-y" feel of the brand into a more modern, sophisticated identity without losing its familiar warmth.
Through weekly check-ins with stakeholders across marketing, design, and copywriting, we ensured alignment at every stage. Our work also included making iterative updates based on user feedback to ensure the refreshed brand resonated with both new and existing audiences.
Pros Marketplace
Using the A/B testing data and user research gathered by the HoneyBook team, I focused on enhancing their Pros Marketplace. This project required serving two key stakeholders: the HoneyBook team and the Pros who rely on the marketplace daily to generate business.
I collaborated closely with the Pros, gathering direct feedback to identify unmet needs and pain points. Based on these insights, I created new pages designed to streamline the user experience and remove friction, making it easier for potential clients to hire a Pro. Every change was tested and iterated with the Pros to ensure we were meeting both their needs and HoneyBook’s goals.
